Folder view not fully refreshing

Hello everyone,

My problem is this:

I copied a complete folder from my data drive into my 'Program Files(x86)' folder...World Of Warcraft...now, I can see it when I am looking in the explorer type pane on the left but in the open folder view, its like it didn't copy. I have tried restarting and still the same. Screenshot is to illustrate. What setting have I changed to cause this?

Could possibly have something to do with indexing?
