fix a .dll error ???

Everytime I boot up now, this specific module says "not found"

c:\users\shawn\-~1\appdata\local\temp\lxvdfrej.dll

Does anyone know how to fix?

Have you installed/Uninstalled something recently? if not, it would appear that it is a new worm or malaware but Google only found your post so... no help there!
