whenever i open the firefox a message come such

WELL, THIS IS EMBARRASSING
FIREFOX IS HAVING TROUBLE RECOVERING YOUR WINDOWS AND TABS.
THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY A RECENTLY OPENED WEB PAGE

Then I get a "crash report" which apparently goes nowhere. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice with the same result, what do I do to restore Firefox?

Welcome
Problem is with both IE and FF, so probably not the browser
Try a clean boot to help diagnose
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If this does not help
Run a full antivirus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes

Take the ping and speed tests
Below B for ping is a problem
Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

Try after you turn off antivirus

Right click on the interent monitor icon, lower right and then diagnose and repair

Hit alt cntrl and delete go to
performance, how much memory is shown

Go to search type event viewer and look for errors from the adminstrative location

Did this start after an event that you can identify? Maybe new software etc.

This is what you need to do.
Put those services back a few at a time, so we can see which one causes the conflict.
Probably the AntiVirus. Once we know which one we may be able to fix.
