File Sharing Probem. HELP !

Hi,
I have 2 PCs both running Vista home. I have a folder to share between these 2 PCs.
Both PCs are on the same router & same workgroup. Both of them have networks set to PRIVATE. The following are all ON on both PCs : Network Sharing, File Sharing, Public Folder Sharing.
The folder to be shared is also set to shared.

When tried to open from another PC the following error pops up:
Windows cannot access \\"Computer name"-PC

What could be the problem. I have set all the required properties as correctly.
Please help.

I guess the first place to start is to be sure the permissions are correct. They are the same for Vista and Seven
Sharing and Permissions - Windows 7 Forums
