I attempted to install Windows Vista Ultimate with no success. I know how to resolve this issue due to the support of VistaForums. I discovered two folders on my C Drive that I believe was created by the Windows Vista Upgrade: $UPERGRADE_OS and $WINDOWS_BT.
I checked Properties, the date the files were created is the same date I attempted to install Windows Vista Ultiamte. Each file is 96.1mb and I need to know if I delete them, will it harm my system?
