I exported my emails to a back up drive using vista back up I now want to import them back to my windows mail... lost the info on how to do it can any one help?

With Windows LIve Mail 2011, bring it up. Then upper left, you see a small icon, with a down arrow. Click on the icon and then import. Choose the drive to import from.
