The crash is caused by VProShellExt.dll. The web says that's some sort of Norton "save and restore" add-on. The problem may be fixed with an updated version of that DLL from Symantec. (The one that's currently on your machine is timestamped "29 Mar 2007 02:37:15 UTC")

Otherwise, if you deactivate or remove that shell extension, Explorer will stop crashing.
