explorer crash ?with vista home

Everytime I start I have this explorer crashing.I go to task manager set new task with "explorer " type ,press enter andit works.What is the problem ?

It can be many things that may cause this. You might try a sfc /scannow command to see if it will fix the problem. This tutorial will show you how.
