Explorer can't see most of my C drive

I have been experiencing a number of problems recently. About a week ago on power up my system managed to lose all of it's settings and opened with default settings. This had happended once previously but on that occasion a reboot enabled the system to set up correctly.

This time it would not change. I have then noticed that the system had lost itunes and all my own downloaded music. When opening up Explorer it showed that my C drive had a capacity of 69.7GB. It is a 1TB drive!!

Why can't it se the remainder of the disk. I assume it has been partitioned in some way but how do I solve the issue?

'Showing hidden files' in File Manager does NOT make any difference.

Please go ahead and post a screenshot showing all of your Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) window to see what it shows for your drive layout.

Sorry, but are you sure that's a 1TB HDD?

Disk Management only shows 153.38 GB available for it (disk 0) across all 3 partitions and unallocated space. That would be about a 165 GB HDD instead.

What's the brand and model number of the HDD? The label on the HDD will have the info on it.
