I'm having some graphics lag issues, and its never happened before until I installed and subsequently rolled back the new graphics drivers i downloaded. I noticed there was lag when I watched videos online, where I used to have no lag at all. Also, whatever was happening was also taxing my processor pretty bad. When I checked my processes, I found an instance of rundll32.exe that had some command like this:
and its taking up about 30% to 45% of my processing power. is there a way to slow this down and stop the lag?
