Error message 57E !

OK ..I called microsoft and had a long discussion with them. They told me that 57e is a registry corruption and the only way to fix said corruption is to have a microsoft technician work on your pc as it requires downloads available only to them (convenient?) Sorry I don't have a better answer but that's what I got from microsoft themselves. :rolleyes:
