Error message (0xc0000005) ?!

I have Windows Vista Home Premium installed on an Acer Aspire that I got on oct-08. About a month ago it started giving me this error message right at the moment of shutting it down that says : "the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x7656be16", although that last number/code keeps changing all the time but it's always similar. It doesn't seem to be giving me any more problems than that but better sure than sorry. Please help!

Does the error message specify which application is producing the "unknown software exception"?

Also, what software and/or driver do you recall recently installing before this error started popping up?

Hi,

That's a NO for both of your questions, the error message appears just as I reproduced it above and I can't think of any software that I might've installed before this happened, the only thing that was happening at the time or a little before was that I got a spyware through that stupid keewee toolbar, but I got that completly out of the computer... other than that I can't think of anything.
