Hi
I know this is probably an old question that has been answered a million times, but I need help....
For the last few years I have ben a very happy XP user. I got my new computer and am now using Vista. I purchased my Notebook 1 week ago. I can tell you my experience with Vista has not been good.
I bought Microsoft Word and tried to install,.......hmm.....cd/dvd player DOES NOT WORK......... Error (code 19). Now I have spent many hours trying to find a fix....unsuccessfully
.
Now I am finding that any so called fix that is available, is going to cost me. wow I spent a lot of money on a brand new Notebook, and Microsoft Office, etc, why then should I have to now pay for a fix that by rights on a new computer, should not be there in the first place.
Please help. Vista is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth and I have only had it a week
