epson sx100 not printing correctly

My epson printer can print test page correctly and documents from a number of web sites apart from one in particular from a ferry company. I am trying to print out confirmation of my booking, but the document prints the company logo correctly but the remainder is all goobledegook.Printer drivers are up to date and I have also reinstalled the printer but the problem persists. I have also tried printing from another computer.
I printed a document from the same company a few days before with no problems.
Any advice please

Hi Cabra
Sounds like a change on the website and not your printer.
For a test download another browswer and see if it works any better
If not change the font that is used, from control panel.

Thank you for the extra info. The page in question only prints everything on the left hand side.i.e. The logo prints and the options to select a route and the map of routes but everything to the right of that does not print,also the site options along the top horizontally are printing vertically. i.e site search,sitemap,manage my booking etc
The gobbledegook has gone but it is printing vertically and the right hand side is blank

I have experimented further and by accident have found the document prints if printer is set to "print as image". I am not sure why this is but it works. Many thanks for your help.

Glad that you found a solution that works for you. It sounds like the webpage has beeen changed somehow, but at least you found a solution. I was thinking that you could copy and paste to notepad and then print from there, too.Take care.
