It's proving difficult to communicate between my laptop (HP Pavilion Entertainment PC with OS Vista Home Premium 32-bit) and my mobile phone (Sony Ericsson K800i). I wrote to Sony and they told me to alter the permissions for ENUM to ALLOW for Full Control. But when I click Apply, I get the message:

Unable to save permissions on Enum
Access is denied
I also can't communicate between my mobile and my PC with OS W2K.
The mobile itself seems to be otherwise working ok.
Any suggestions, anyone?
