Enhance Pointer Precision (keep it - but turn off accel)

I've been gaming for a long time with Pointer Precision and it completely screws up my aim if i turn it off. However, I noticed this option also turns on mouse acceleration.. which also messes me up. Is there a way to keep the pointer precision but lose the acceleration?

I went into the registry and turned the mouse speed and threshholds all to 0, but when I re-enable Pointer Precision all the registry settings go back to default.... this is really frustrating.
