email will not authorize

hi everyone
i am not sure if this is the right forum for this question but here goes

i have just opened up my email and i get this message

please verify that both the user name and password are correct for your mail server.
i put in my user name and password but it will not authorize, i have had this problem before and when i put in the relevant information it worked, but not this time.
is their a cure for this problem

If you have put your correct name and password, it is probably due to the mail server. You just have to wait a day or two until the problem is corrected.

If you are using an Email client, try using the Web interface instead. It could be an issue at their end which is causing the problem.
