Ease of Access

How do I disable Ease of Access? I used recommendations for visual impaired people and now it changed everything on my screen, plus my monitor says "menu is locked." I need help from someone who knows how to restore it. System Restore failed at every restore point. HELP.

Not only you mess with that button .....LOL
