E-mail problem

every day I receive up to 10 e-mails from Verizon Postmaster advising that a message I sent could not be delivered. The problem is that I did not send any messages. In addition many of the people on my contact list have received nonsensical e-mails from my e-mail address but I did not send them.

Solution is most likely the correct approach, you have malware. What is happening is that someone has hijacked your email and sending out emails with your address. Immediatly, change your password, from another computer, and run a full anti virus scan, in addition to malwarebytes.
I would, also, with another computer change all of your sensitive passwords, ie to banks, and other institutuions that have access to your credit card or bank account numbers.
