ImgBurn is great for making and burning disc images. If you want to copy DVD video discs, then DVD decryptor is probably the best free program. It's not developed anymore, but can still be found if you look.
Also, DVD Shrink is even better because it can re-encode the video to fit a single layer DVD5 disc (4.38gB), where a commercial disc is upto 8gB
