dvd/cd drive not working

I tried to install a kodak image software cd and it didnt work right. I went to kodaks home page and got this clear utilitys download from them to get rid of everything that had already been installed on the computer and now my cd drive is not working either. I have a HP running vista 64. I can not find the device drivers to reinstall on HP's site. The one that is there does nothing for me. I have a light scribe cd drive. Please help. Thanks, Josh

The easiest way would be with a simple system restore. Go back 5 days earlier than when you became unhappy with what you had

If this does not work, we may have to find good drivers, but the best way is to try the system restore.
