Is their a way to hide the dual boot screen unless you hit a certain key like f#? Thanks!

olololololol, I crack me up...

Anyway, I don't know how to change the boot manager to do that, but you could set the timeout to 1 second so only someone expecting it would be able to react in time. Just run 'msconfig' and in the 'Boot' tab, specify in seconds in the 'Timeout' field.

You can't rearrange the order, but you can change the default.
