I hope someone can help.....I have an i phone 4 that I am trying to sync with my Lap top that runs Windows Vista. At first it was recognised in I tunes but not on the comp, now it is not recognised on either possibly due to me repairing i tunes like someone recommended ( now i know this was silly), so I can not get photos from phone to pc or music from i tunes to phone.

When I plug the phone into pc using adaptor usb cable, the comp understands it's an i phone, searches for the driver software then gives a message reading "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attemptingf to install it, Microsoft WPD file system volume driver access is denied".
It seems to me that something is blocking the driver installation but I have no ide what, I would be very gratful if someone could help as I'm clueless as what to do. Thanks
