getting this over and over. have tried updating all hardware drivers. have run Uniblue Driver scan. no fix. would really appreciate some help here. i am a noob i guess.

The dumps are blaming your Atheros network adapter drivers. Try updating them to the latest version.

If you need help with this, please upload your msinfo32 file.

Enter msinfo32.exe into the start menu, and press enter. Go to File>Save, and save a copy on your desktop. Right-click on it, and select Send to>New compressed folder. Then attach the file to your next post.

You may also try removing AVG with this tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arv_sup_____.dir/avgremoverx64.exe

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Please follow his advice first.

Looks like athrxusb.sys - a component of your wireless USB device.
The drivers on your system date from 2008 ( athrxusb.sys Tue Jul 29 08:47:13 2008 (488F1151) )

I do not recommend using USB wireless devices - much preferring a wireless card that inserts in your motherboard. They are much more powerful and reliable. Also, the wireless USB devices that don't have Win7 drivers are prone to giving BSOD's - so if you can't locate Win7 drivers for this device you're liable to be stuck with the situation as is.

Please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.

Thank you both for the help. AVG is gone and replaced. I am considering just getting a wireless card instead of the crappy USB adapter. Here the rest of my info just to be sure I am not missing something. Thanks again.

Thanks Jonathan. I've installed the Belkin Drivers and have had NO BSOD in the last three days. I am still going to upgrade to an on board wireless card which should arrive tomorrow. Thanks for all the assistance.
