I am trying to install a Lexmark E210 using Windows Vista, I was told that the Samsung Printer driver would work, I downloaded it but now what?

Good luck. Install the Samsung driver. Check your Device Manager for the printer, click on driver update and point to the directory where the Samsung driver was installed.
