Downloading a 2nd copy

I have recently purchased a copy of 2010 Office Home and Student. I wanted to put a copy on a second computer but when I try I get the following message;
"Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (slupkg) isn't associated with any program."
What an I doing wrong? When I bought 2007 and placed it on several computers I didn't have this problem. I am probably approaching the download from the wrong direction?

IE actually didn't help, I got the same msg when I tried . . . my mistake for the first response!
