i'am new at this ihave tried downloading itunes it would not let me i have restarted my pc,hit f8,put on safe mode, change to administrater,then my modem was being blocked.i need help what did i do wrong( confused )

Hi Bentiffany,

Your profile says your using XP....So It could be a number of reasons why its being blocked (Spyware, bad download managers, corrupt IE addons...) Try downloading Itunes from another website...

If it still fails just use Firefox instead...
