Are your drivers up to date?

Anyway, I personnally think you fried your card.

But That's the thing it only happens with certain games. And yes my Drivers are Up-To-Date.

Does it happen only with the most demanding games? Or games with any reqs?

For Example, It consistently happens in Second Life, Once and a great while in Gears (But only with overclocking in gears), Just finished playing FEAR2 and Nothing, Just Regular Game play.

They are created by false renderings - the GPU yields wrong data output. The main cause is overclocking.
U mentioned some games are not affected. It's because that those games' computation burden are not particularly on GPU on your specific system.
Also i suggest you air clean your card. Heavy dust can over heat the GPU core, especially in summer.

What would you recommend i do?

post a screenshot and so we can see exactly whats going on , its most likely caused by your cards ram , some games are more sensitive to overclocking than others , some use more ram so can show up faults others dont

overclocking is fine the only problem is you cant monitor your ram chip temps just your core , so you could fry your ram without even knowing it

the best thing to do would to be run a monitoring program in the background (riva tuner graph) then you can see exactly what yor temp/core/ram/voltages are doing when your game screws up
