Whenever I try to start DMC4 I get this error message

This isn't the first game its happened on either, and i know i meet the minimum requirements as i've checked them several times, and I don't know if it was the same error message on the other games but i have a similar problem when trying to run DoW2, Far Cry 2, and a few other games. What are your system specs? I have this game and I can barely run it with the following (benchmark reports "C"):

core2duo T7600G 2.66GHz processor
Radeon x1900 256MB
4GB ram

note- If you are running an integrated, or low end GPU you will not be able to run this game.
