.....which will encourage more of the mongrels to create havoc and hurt even more end-users . IMO , this sort of thing just creates a growth industry at other people's expense and is encouraged by greedy business and unscrupulous bureaucracy. Set a thief to catch a thief mentality....but who protects the guinea-pigs (us) ? BTW, g'day mate! ummmmm....mixed a few metaphors there,didn't I ?
