Defender Updates?

Why have there been so many defender updates lately? There are coming in almost daily now or every other day. There of course was some other security updates a few days ago also and with this batch another defender update.

I wouldn't worry about it after all it has to keep up with all the baddies out there if it wants to keep you protected, a bit like your anti virus, that gets updates on a regular basis sometimes more than once a day. ;)

Anyway that's my thoughts on the subject :D

I aggree, however one of those updates kept flagging one of my anti-virus (Kaspersky) files as a problem. Had to set to "always allow" to stop the nagging.
