cyberscrub 5.1

I purchased a software online called cyberscrub 5.1 and was sent a CD, when I loaded the software in my computer it gave me three choices, 1. Buy now, 2. Enter Key, and 3. Continue Trial. I entered the Key number that was on the CD jacket but kept getting a message saying enter " Name and Key" ...so I entered my name along with the key # but still get the same message back......I tried contacting the supplier but no response....has anyone purchase this software and know what to do. I selected the "Continue trial " button and the software seems to work, but the button says it's a 15 day trial.....I purchased this software and it shouldn't be only for 15 days..........help

I think that the correct response, may be buy now. Enter key may be to reinstall. You will probably be given a name ID to use with the key. You cannot go wrong as long as you do not give a credit card.

Try checking out the following article from the Cyberscrub support pages on what to do if the subscription does not activate: CyberScrub Support Center. I think that will eventually resolve your problem (once they get around to it).
