Crashes Buffer Overrun

In a recent thread (http://www.vistax64.com/crashes-debugging/282062-cannot-solve-bsod-problem-possibly-driver.html), I solved my BSOD problems and discovered I have problems with my memory sticks (at least 1 is bad), all thanks to the troubleshooting guidance of richc46. Now I know I have some bad memory, but while I am figuring out if I want to upgrade to a Win 7 i5 Core and motherboard or just get new Ram relative to my previous generation motherboard, I am wondering if anyone knows anything about these problems I am having, or if they happen just because I have some bad RAM.

I got a few errors besides a once in a while black screen (no control but not BSOD) after a few minutes of playing a game, and I'll do my best to describe them:

And sometimes my internet does not load (no signal) and cannot find the signal, even though the signal is being broadcast. This along with the Diagnostic Service host termination usually happen when I wake the PC from sleep.

Since everything goes through memory, bad memory will affect everything.

Have you removed the bad memory stick? Are these errors from after removing the bad memory stick? Have you run a MemTest on the remaining stick to see if it's good?

Also, I've seen issues with timing/settings/voltages on the Asus P5 series of mobos - so if a new system is within your budget I'd suggest going for it now.

Well, the problems persist in event viewer until I can do more about replacing the RAM and possibly motherboard and Processor. However, they are no longer crashing my system or displaying notifications, so they seem milder, possibly due to the fact that I have terminated my only other administrator account, as that is the only setting I have changed. I can even put my computer to sleep now. We'll see how long this lasts. If anyone has any more suggestions, I will gladly hear them. Even ones that mess with the BIOS settings that deal with those timings and voltages, etc, as well as these events in event viewer, as I will need to research them more just for the sake of solving them. Thanks usasma for the suggestions, I do plan to use memtest on each RAM individually, only reason I haven't is because it seems to take a quarter of a day to complete, and my computer runs hotter than most (any suggestions on how to keep a gaming system very cool are welcome as well). This is open to anyone and any suggestion
