CRASH DUMP helppp pls!

Hi, I gave my laptop for format (cause i have no idea from computers) and for installing some programs for my job.
The minute i got it back, it was working fine except of this crash dump blue screen that appears every now and then! What am i supposed to do with it? How do i fix it? I took a photo of my screen and i uploaded it to you! the screen doesnt appear very often (like once or twice a day), but it is disturbing! please help me

i dont understand! its too complicated is this BSOD dangerous??? should i take it to a technician?
