CPU-Z reporting wrong FSB??

Everest and CPU-Z are both reporting the wrong FSB in Vista64. The memory is also being incorrectly reported as overclocked. Have been having stability problems too. Crysis would shut itself down like the lights going out. Also had a random reboot... But...

Win XP and Vista32 are stable and report accurate FSB results. Dual boot system.... Have SP1 RC2 for Vista64. Going to uninstall it...

Any ideas?

PS: 680i Abit In9-32x motherboard with 4x1gb ram E6600 processor
