Hey rameshsapkota,
Is your computer locked up? Can you click anything?

If not, then there is something wrong.

Your CPU shows 100% because your system idle process is so high.

Let us know,
Ben

Yea, roy69 is right, if your computer isn't laggy or locked up at all, then it's fine. The System Idle Process just runs when you don't need CPU power for anything else.

My computer doesn't start smoothly. It is Chinese Lenovo branded. When winter starts like December, January, the computer produces something strange sound like krrrrrr .... and doesn't start although the power button blinks. I send it to the company to inspect but they said, the problem may be in motherboard and we have changed it. But after that, it does not start smoothly, produces sound like krrrrrrrrr. I'm tired of it.
In my opinion the problem may be in CPU but I don't know!

Perhaps the high utilisation of CPU means hardware problem mentioned above?

My computer is not locked. I haven't formatted it since 6 months. OS is Vista 32 bit.
From my experience I have noticed CPU usage should be something like 1%, 5%.
But I am still surprised because my CPU is used 100% as shown in the original post. Others shows it only 2%, 5%. What happened to my CPU?

There are only three things that will produce a noise in the computer.
A fan (case, graphics, or CPU)
A Harddrive. This is why Julzx94 asked about a clicking.
Or a DVD/CD drive.

After checking the temp check your harddrives.

Also list what you have running in the backgroung. You can do this by doing the following;

Open an elevated command prompt by

Click on Start
Click on All programs -->Accessories, right click on command prompt and choose run as administrator.

When in an elevated command prompt type in;
Tasklist >C:/list.txt
Open the file, then cut and paste into a quick reply window.

Hey julzx94 and roy69,
Thanks for your quick replies!

As julzx94 has asked 'Is it a constant noise'?
No. The sound only comes when I press Power button on pc and it produces such crrrr! sound instead starting the process of windows start-up. It does not even enter in bios. Such sound comes only when powering up the pc.

I opened the task manager and in process tab I ended some process of some utilities. After that it went to 43% only. But I want to minimize this point and know more about the startup problem of pc.

I will later analyse the hard drive using above mentioned utility. I have posted the list asked by roy.

The list posted below is after I killed some processes from task manager and the new task manager print screen.
