Hi Everybody!
First time doing this type of thing and I'm not very computer literate. So I hope someone can help me. How do I convert a word document into a jpg?
Hoping someone can explain it to me in simple laymen terms. Also how do I get the latest Windows Photo Gallery updates?
Thanks,
Tallangower
Probably the easiest way to do this is to just take a Screenshot of the document using the Snipping tool, and then that can be saved as a jpg image.
To do this, open up the document and adjust it's viewing size to whatever you prefer...readable font size helps...
Now click the Start button, All Programs, Accessories, then click Snipping tool. Just follow the instructions from there and save the resulting image (click File - Save As) wherever you want and name it whatever, make sure to save it as Jpg using the lower box in the Save box. I believe it defaults as a jpg image but just be sure.
The best way to stay current with Photo Gallery updates is just to keep your computer up to date with Windows Update. All Windows Photo Gallery updates will be released thru WinUpdate.
You might try Omniformat image conversion freeware as well. It is free, but pops up a browser page with a sponsor, or you can buy the registered version.
