Hi!
I have two xp pcs. A printer is attached on one of the xp machine. Sometimes I get print error messages and the documents are not printed in the network machine. I want to gain access of 'services' of that computer (in which printer is attached) and stop/start the 'Print spooler'. So that I could delete the error print jobs from my computer. I tried computer management to stop 'print spooler' service to delete the error print job but I got a error.
