Contact's email keep ending up in junk folder ?

I continue to right click on various contacts I have (including my own daughter) who's emails keeps going in the junk folder. I keep clicking that these various emails are NOT junk mail but it continues over and over. I really miss my Outlook Express, this never happened.

Go to tools top of windows mail. Go to tools go to safety options. Put the names on the safe list.

I have the same problem and I keep on adding addresses to my safe sender list and their emails keep on getting moved to my junk email folder. No matter how many times I add an address to the safe senders list and then unblock the email, it continues to happen. Its very frustrating!
