Hello does anyone know how I can connect a sony HCD-W300 5 disk CD changer to my computer to download some old cassettes to burn to CD. I have not done this before and looking on the net there is a million things and none of then for this need.
Hey!
You could try using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, and taking one end into the headphone plug on the CD changer, and the other into the microphone or line in jack on your PC, then open sound recorder to record it. This might take a while to get the sound levels right on either side though.
OR you could use something like this, it is more expensive, but it has the right software to make sure everything is right, also the reviews near the bottom of the page look good. I'm sure you will be able to pick something up like that on Ebay cheaper too.
