Solved Connecting My Vista System To the Wireless Router
Is there a document or something that I can read which will tell me step-by-step how to configure Winvista to connect wirelessly to my router? I plan on using Firefox as my browser.

Following your suggestion, I started my Vista OS computer and got to Windows Network Diagnostics. And from there I found that I had no wireless adapter installed.
So I guess that's that!

Be sure to double-check in
Device Manager under
Network Adapters to confirm you don't have a wireless adapter. The image below shows my Vista machine has a separate Intel 4965AGN Wireless (WiFi) adapter and a Realtek RTL8101E Ethernet NIC (Network Interface Card).
Some computers have a combination Wireless (WiFi) / Ethernet NIC in a single device.
