hi all,
i have external tv tuner card from zebronics, model no. ZEB-L2010.U can see about the card on this link

and i also have laptop from dell, model XPS M1530 with graphics of make NVIDIA 8600m gt.
my problem is that i want to connect my external tv tuner to my laptop but my laptop has only HDMI out, DVGA out, and usb ports and on tv tuner card there are vga out, vga in and rca in jack.so how can i connect my tv tuner to pc using these ports....pls help me
