I'm new here and I don't know how to make a new thread, and it's ok if you can't answer my question at once... the reason why post here is "computer will not start" is somewhat related to my query. thanks have a nice day!!!!

Try the steps that I have given you in safe mode.

If you get that far, you can even try last known good configuation.
