Computer very slow after restore?

My mother gave me her laptop, I've done a complete restore and after updating using Windows update the notebook is going very slow. Could someone help me to see if the system is ****ed. I think the core files are corrupt. I had to change the HD so maybe I did something wrong.

Try using a tune up software, it might help and it's much safer than to mess with misconfig. (Isn't it changed to System Configuration by now?)

Don't think it's the HD any scan I do comes back fine.

Weird things seem to happen. Like my desktop going into public folder, IdentityCRL going into public documents. Recycle Bin with $ in my Spare D:

Could someone help me I'll do any scan you want. In my registry most files say value not set, is it common to have four MBR's?

Follow the link in my first post, lets see if other software is causing the problem. That is the best way to start.

Thanks, I've done all that. I noticed I had multiple .NET files of the same size I deleted them and then redownloaded them and my computer doesn't seem to bad at the moment. I got an email from Samsung saying the problem "seemed to be hardware compatibility issues" that they couldn't help me. My partner told me tonight that on her laptop she keeps getting messages of an I.P Conflict. We're hooked up by wireless and I've tv box connected by ethernet.

1st file is System infomation Report
2nd file is MBAM Report (found something but wasn't deleted)!!
3rd file is a zip file of LookInMyPc
4th file is C-PUZ

Don't think them files uploaded?

Joehboy- you should delete both of the system information .txt files. You should also delete the Gary Report.txt file.
