I have a toshiba laptop, all of a sudden USB ports, internet wont work. Gives me a code 31. Since i cannot connect to the internet i am trying to download latest version of driver from toshiba website, problem is I dont know exactly what i need to download. Since the website have 20 different drivers. Please help

I wil have to dowload on to a DVD since that is the only one working at the moment. Thanks
