CoD 2 will not even start to install

I can't install Call Of Duty 2 on Vista. This is what I get every time I click Install.

That picture is incredibly hard to see but it seems you do not have the .dll file it mentions. Try googling and downloading that file. place it in C:\Windows\System32

Just found out the problem wasn't vista, but was Norton... Fixed the problem and it's now working fine thanks for the help. :D
