Hi i am using window vista home premium for my laptop. I have create a folder called test under c drive ,after some time it is automatically created the log file called ciscoIHV.log under c:\test.I am not able to delete this file too and i am not sure how this file got created.

can somebody help to delete this file.

Hi Rithi, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Since you are using the 32 bit Vista, you might see if using the free program Unlocker to delete the file with can do it.

UNLOCKER 1.8.7 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB

Not sure, but from what I gather from doing a Google search, the log file has something to do with a log for a wireless network or internet connection.

Ummm....that is a log file from a Cisco VPN client - did you by chance allow an ISP representative take control of the computer to run any tests? If so, don't deleted that file.
