Choose Restore Points

Is there a way to choose how many restore points you will have over time? For example, I don't want restore points from months ago, how can I get rid of these?

Simply use the Cleanup utility in Vista. Open it, and select clean old Restore Points.

I see this, but does it give me option to delete my shadow copy? I'd like to delete all but my most recent restore point, not any shadow copies.
