change an apple clip to wma

Is there a way to change an apple movie format clip to a window format clip. Is this even possible. I am trying to use windows dvd maker and drag and drop pics and movie clips into dvd maker to burn to dvd for school project. I have some apple clips that the windows dvd maker wont let me add. It says not a compatiable format. Is there a work around for this. Thanks

Yes Quicktime, my wifes Kodak camera and our cell phones use Apple quick time movie player to play video we have taken. The cell phones clips have to bee sent to an email and when you open it, it uses quicktime to play it. Is there a way to convert that into WMV or is it WMA. Thanks.
