CD Rom Disappeard

Hi,
I am using ACER ASPIRE 5630 with Windows Vista Home as OS. From last week, CD Rom Driven is disappeared. even I can not eject it. Its light is not glowing....
Can any body help me in solving this problem.

I was trying to delete UpperFilter and LowerFilter but i can not see it in right pane of CD Rom

Please tell me the solution...
